PES students came together to celebrate the joy and power of reading and storytelling during English Reading Month. Class reading logs and reading stamina were two of the activities we had to track and celebrate the reading progress of students in the classroom as we watched their reading journey unfold.
At the same time, each student received a BINGO card with different reading-related tasks. Congratulations to the two lucky winners! Not only that, some ES-P4 and ES-P5 talented storytellers visited P1, P2, and P3 Reading Lessons to share their favourite books. We watched their creativity and their confidence grow with each story they told!
English Reading Month has been an opportunity for us to share our favourite books, exchange recommendations, and engage in lively reading activities. May the love for reading continue to shine brightly within us all.
