Principal Wong Kin Man travelled to Shanghai from 23 to 25 September to observe the 48th WorldSkills Competition. This study visit was organised by the Education and Youth Development Bureau of Macao.
One of our school’s Information Technology teachers, Hon Son, is a member of the Macao delegation. He is taking part in the Cyber Security competition together with his teammate, Tang Chak In. This two-person competition simulates real-world cyber-attacks, requiring competitors to test system weaknesses, fix security vulnerabilities, and deal with unexpected technical emergencies.
Principal Wong visited their competition booth, offering encouragement and support to our teacher and all the other Macao competitors.
WorldSkills is one of the world’s most important vocational skills events. By observing these contests, our school will gather fresh ideas for our IT courses. We hope to inspire our students to explore technology and develop practical, creative skills. We wish all Macao athletes great success!
